  1. How can I buy conference tickets?

    All tickets are purchased online. Simply click here.

    We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfer/deposit, Bills Payment and GCash.

  2. Paying via debit/credit card?

    1. On the Buy Tickets page, click the Debit/Credit card button.
    2. Fill out the form and click BUY. You will be redirected to PayMaya for your card details.
    3. Double check your details and input the OTP sent to you when prompted.
    4. Wait for the confirmation note. DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER until you are redirected back to the CCF Events page.
    5. You will receive the following emails: (1) PayMaya confirmation (2) Counterflow 2022 e-ticket
    *NOTE: 2.5% card transaction fee will be added to the Total Amount.
  3. Paying via GCASH / bank transfer / deposit?

    1. On the Buy Tickets page, click the GCASH/Bank Transfer button.
    2. Under Payment Options, select your preferred bank to view the account details.
      NOTE: You can only fully accomplish the Purchase Ticket form after you have completed your payment.
    3. Complete your bank transfer / deposit using your preferred bank’s facility. Input “Counterflow 2022 Ticket” in your transaction notes for faster verification.
    4. Take a picture/screenshot of your payment confirmation.
    5. Return to counterflow.ph/tickets and click the GCASH/Bank Transfer button.
    6. Upload your receipt as you fill out the form.
    7. You will receive a payment summary from [email protected]. This is not yet your ticket.
    8. Once payment has been validated, expect your Counterflow 2022 e-ticket from [email protected]
      *NOTE: Your bank may charge additional fees.
  4. Paying via bank Bills Payment?

    1. Open your Mobile Bank App and choose Bills Payment.
    2. Listed below is your guide in filling out the fields:
      BPI: Name (subscriber name), 2022 Counterflow Ticket (reference #)
      Biller in BPI: Christ’s Commission Ministries

      BDO: Name (subscriber name), 2022 Counterflow Ticket (subscriber #)

    3. Complete your bank transfer / deposit using your preferred bank’s facility. Input “Counterflow 2022 Ticket” in your transaction notes for faster verification.

  5. Paying via GCASH Bills Payment?

    1. Go to Pay Bills section, tap “Others” and look for Christ’s Commission Foundation, Inc.
    2. Write “CCF Main” and input “Counterflow 2022 Ticket” as the purpose of donation.
    3. Save the receipt to your gallery.
    4. Go to counterflow.ph/tickets and click the GCASH/Bank Transfer button.
    5. Upload your receipt as you fill out the form.
    6. You will receive a payment summary from [email protected]. This is not yet your ticket.
    7. Once payment has been validated, expect your Counterflow 2022 e-ticket from [email protected]
  6. Is there any limit to the number of tickets I can buy for others?

    No, there is no limit per person, so go ahead and buy as many as you want.

  7. How many attendees can you accommodate?

    As this is a hybrid event, there is no limit to how many attendees we can accommodate for those attending virtually.

    However, for those attending at CCF Center, we do have a venue limitation. So if you are going to attend in-person, or have children joining the Youth Festival, Sports Camp, or Kids Camp, make sure you buy your tickets early and register these right away because slots are limited.

  8. Is there a deadline for buying tickets and registration?

    Yes. Sales for Adult Tickets ends on September 18, 2022. If you are attending in-person, register your ticket right away to be guaranteed a seat in the Main Hall.

    Sales for Youth/Kids Tickets ends on September 11, 2022 but may close sooner when venue capacity is reached. So make sure you buy your tickets early!

    As soon as you purchase your tickets, register them right away at counterflow.ph

  9. I’ve already bought my ticket. Do I still need to register?

    Yes, registration is a MUST. An unregistered ticket will not be recognized by the system during check-in for either on-site or virtual access.

    All Adult Tickets must be registered individually.

    Youth/Kids Tickets can be registered on the same form as the Adult Ticket. You only need to register Youth/Kids Tickets ONCE.

    Example: Dad and mom with 2 kids attending

    1. Dad to register his Adult Ticket and include the 2 Youth/Kids Tickets in the same registration page.
    2. Mom to register her Adult Ticket.
  10. How do I register my ticket?

    DEBIT / CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

    You can register your tickets right after your purchase. The confirmation screen will have a button that says “Register Your Ticket”. Enter your ticket number and follow directions accordingly.

    ALL OTHER PAYMENT CHANNELS

    You can register your tickets once your payment has been validated and you’ve received your Counterflow 2022 e-ticket from [email protected].

    Go to counterflow.ph/tickets/ and click the LOG-IN button. Enter your ticket number and follow directions accordingly.

    Instructions on how to register are also included in the confirmation email you will receive.

  11. Can I register more than one ticket under my email address?

    Sorry, you may only register one ticket under your email address. If you purchased tickets for other people, please have them register their own tickets using their own email address to receive their unique Zoom links.

  12. Do I need to create an account to register my ticket?

    Yes. By creating an account, you can easily edit your registration details if needed.

    Log-in to your existing Small Groups/CCF account, if you have one.

    Otherwise, create a new account. This will be an event-related account, and not a Small Groups/CCF account.

    NOTE: You do not need to create a separate account for Youth/Kids Ticket registration. You can register these on the same page as your Adult Ticket.
  13. I’m having problems logging-in to my Small Groups/CCF account.

    You may try re-setting your password via https://smallgroups.ccf.org.ph/resetting/request. You may also reach us through the following channels:

  14. I’m trying to register my ticket but the website is telling me that it’s already been registered. What’s causing this problem?

    This means the ticket is already registered into the system and a Zoom link has been sent.

    1. If you bought the ticket yourself

      Please check all your email addresses. The one that received the Zoom link for Counterflow 2022 is your ‘registered’ email address. Recall the username you nominated during registration. Log-in and view/edit your registration.

      NOTE: Registration is done on a one e-mail, one ticket basis.
    2. If someone else bought the ticket for you

      The person who gave you the ticket may have registered it already for you. Kindly check with him/her.

      If none of these have resolved your registration issue, send us a message along with your ticket number and our Support Team will be happy to assist you. You may reach us through the following channels:

  15. I already paid but I haven’t received my ticket.

    Make sure you have uploaded your proof of payment at the Buy Tickets page of counterflow.ph/tickets/. You will then receive a Purchase Summary email entitled “We Got Your Order”.

    From the time you received this email, please give us 7-10 working days to verify your payment. We will then send you your e-tickets.

  16. I cannot find my ticket in my inbox, how do I locate it?

    Please check for emails coming from ‘[email protected]‘ as the email may have been auto filtered to your sub-folders.

    Still unable to locate it? Email us at [email protected] with the name and e-mail used for the purchase, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

  17. Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

    Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you would like to transfer your ticket, e-mail an authorization including the details of the transfer recipient to [email protected].

  1. I am attending in-person. Do I still need to pre-register my ticket or can I just show up on-site?

    Yes, you need to pre-register your ticket. Otherwise, when you check-in on the day of the event, the system won’t recognize your ticket.

    Also, because of venue limitation, pre-registering your ticket will guarantee you have a seat inside the Main Hall (take note, however, that there is no specific seat assignment).

  2. I’m attending in-person. Do I still get a Zoom link?

    Yes, all Adult Ticket holders will receive a unique Zoom link.

    Youth/Kids Tickets have no Zoom link as all their activities will be on-site at the CCF Center.

  3. I’m attending in-person. Do I still get a Zoom link?

    You will automatically receive the Zoom link upon successful registration of your ticket.

    IMPORTANT!

    Each Zoom link is unique per ticket. Joining the conference through a shared Zoom link will be unsuccessful.

    Make sure to have a Zoom account to join the conference. Your Zoom account should be under the same email address you indicated in your registration.

  4. I registered but didn’t receive my Zoom link. Where can I find it?

    Check if you are using the same email address as in your registration. Your email service provider may have also automatically filtered the message to your sub-folders, so please check through each one as well. Search for [email protected]ph to find the email with your Zoom link.

  5. Can I use different devices to watch the conference via Zoom?

    Different devices can be used but only one at a time. If you wish to switch devices, you must leave the Zoom session from the current device before logging in to another.

  6. How do we access the workshops?

    All workshops will be done virtually after the main event on September 24, 2022. Stay tuned for more details.

  7. Do we have workbooks / handouts?

    There will be a downloadable digital workbook. Stay tuned for details.

  8. Is food allowed inside the Main Hall?

    Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Main Hall. However, you can eat at the cafeteria on the ground floor of CCF Center where you’ll find several food stalls to choose from. You can also cross over to Tiendesitas, where there’s a food court and numerous restaurants.

  9. What will be the safety protocols on-site?

    Please adhere to the standard health and safety protocols to protect yourself and those around you.

  1. Do I need to register the Youth / Kids Tickets?

    Yes, registration is a MUST. An unregistered ticket will not be recognized by the system during check-in.

    Youth/Kids Tickets can be registered on the same form as the Adult Ticket. You only need to register Youth/Kids Tickets ONCE.

    Example: Dad and mom with 2 kids attending

    1. Dad to register his Adult Ticket and include the 2 Youth/Kids Tickets in the same registration page.
    2. Mom to register her Adult Ticket.
  2. Where should they go to check-in?

    Youth Festival check-in is at the Multi-Purpose Hall on the ground floor.

    Sports Camp check-in is at the Gym on the 6th floor.

  3. What is the dress code?

    Just comfortable clothes and shoes.

    For the Sports Camp, sneakers are a must! Please also pack extra clothes, snacks, and a water bottle.

  4. Can participants bring outside food inside the Youth Festival and Sports Camp?

    Yes, they can.

  5. Can a Youth Ticket holder join the Plenary sessions instead of the Youth Festival?

    Yes, they can attend the Plenary sessions on-site. However, they’re encouraged to join the Youth Festival where they can enjoy activities designed for them, bond with their friends, and meet new people their age.

    Besides, some Plenary sessions will also be live streamed at the Youth Festival, so they don’t have to be at the Main Hall to listen. In addition, we will also have mini sessions specific to their age group at the Youth Festival.

    Now, if they want to attend the Plenary sessions virtually, they will have to buy an Adult Ticket in order to get a Zoom link.

  6. Since there are mini-sessions in the Youth Festival, can a Youth Ticket holder join virtually?

    No, there’s no live streaming of the mini-sessions.

  7. I forgot to buy a Youth Ticket for my child. Can my teen still participate in the Youth Festival / Sports Camp?

    Yes, you can purchase additional tickets as long as ticket sales are still open. Pre-registration is a must.

    We may not be able to accommodate walk-ins because slots are limited.

  8. Isn’t there Elevate that day?

    The Elevate worship service on September 24 will be collapsed into the Youth Festival. This way, you and your entire family can attend Counterflow together!

  9. My child is 13 and part of an Elevate Dgroup with older co-members who will be at the Youth Festival (for ages 15 and up). Can my child join them instead of the Sports Camp (for ages 11 to 14)?

    Yes. When registering the Youth Ticket, make sure to indicate “Youth Festival” at the end of your child’s details.

    Please follow this format:

  10. Can parents join the Youth Festival / Sports Camp with their kids?

    No, Adult Ticket holders can only attend the Plenary sessions. However, at the end of the conference, there will be a Family Fun Hour when Youth and Kids Zones will be open to all. As a family, you can roam around the Zones and experience the activities together.

    Kids Camp check-in is at the Social Hall on the ground floor.

  3. What will my children learn at Kids Camp?

    They will be taught about God and the Bible through fun, engaging, and interactive play.

  4. What should my children wear?

    They should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers they can play games in.

  5. Does the Kids Ticket include meals?

    No, it does not include meals. You will need to pick up your children after the morning sessions so you can all have lunch together.

    Families are responsible for packing their AM & PM snacks and a water bottle. There are also food stalls available in the premises for your convenience.

  6. Does the Kids Ticket include meals?

    Please pack an extra set of clothes. All belongings should be labeled clearly with your child’s first and last name.

  7. Are masks required at Kids Camp?

    We highly encourage that kids always wear their masks (even during play) to protect themselves and others.

  8. Can I visit my children in the camp?

    Parents and guardians may visit their children during certain times in the day to play the activities with them. Please make sure you have your passes with you and always be ready to present this to our security marshals.

  9. Can I have our guardian join my child during the activities?

    Yes, guardians are welcome to be with your child during the activities. However, we would like to have them also help out by assisting us during the activities.

  10. Can I bring my children who are below 2 years old?

    Yes! We have a dedicated section inside the auditorium for you and your infant so you can continue listening to the sessions while nursing your baby.

  11. Will there be a medical team on-site?

    We have an emergency team on standby throughout the duration of the camp. These are medical professionals capable of providing first aid interventions.

  12. What precautions are you taking to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection?

    We are implementing numerous safety measures like temperature checks, frequent disinfecting and cleaning, reminding all kids to wear their masks, and encouraging them to wash their hands frequently.

    Just comfortable clothes and shoes.

    For the Sports Camp, sneakers are a must! Please also pack extra clothes, snacks, and a water bottle.

  4. Can participants bring outside food inside the Youth Festival and Sports Camp?

    Yes, they can.

  5. Can a Youth Ticket holder join the Plenary sessions instead of the Youth Festival?

    Yes, they can attend the Plenary sessions on-site. However, they’re encouraged to join the Youth Festival where they can enjoy activities designed for them, bond with their friends, and meet new people their age.

    Besides, some Plenary sessions will also be live streamed at the Youth Festival, so they don’t have to be at the Main Hall to listen. In addition, we will also have mini sessions specific to their age group at the Youth Festival.

    Now, if they want to attend the Plenary sessions virtually, they will have to buy an Adult Ticket in order to get a Zoom link.

  6. Since there are mini-sessions in the Youth Festival, can a Youth Ticket holder join virtually?

    No, there’s no live streaming of the mini-sessions.

  7. I forgot to buy a Youth Ticket for my child. Can my teen still participate in the Youth Festival / Sports Camp?

    Yes, you can purchase additional tickets as long as ticket sales are still open. Pre-registration is a must.

    We may not be able to accommodate walk-ins because slots are limited.

  8. Isn’t there Elevate that day?

    The Elevate worship service on September 24 will be collapsed into the Youth Festival. This way, you and your entire family can attend Counterflow together!

  9. My child is 13 and part of an Elevate Dgroup with older co-members who will be at the Youth Festival (for ages 15 and up). Can my child join them instead of the Sports Camp (for ages 11 to 14)?

    Yes. When registering the Youth Ticket, make sure to indicate “Youth Festival” at the end of your child’s details.

    Please follow this format:

  10. Can parents join the Youth Festival / Sports Camp with their kids?

    No, Adult Ticket holders can only attend the Plenary sessions. However, at the end of the conference, there will be a Family Fun Hour when Youth and Kids Zones will be open to all. As a family, you can roam around the Zones and experience the activities together.

  1. Do I need to register the Youth / Kids Tickets?

    Yes, registration is a MUST. An unregistered ticket will not be recognized by the system during check-in.

    Youth/Kids Tickets can be registered on the same form as the Adult Ticket. You only need to register Youth/Kids Tickets ONCE.

    Example: Dad and mom with 2 kids attending

    1. Dad to register his Adult Ticket and include the 2 Youth/Kids Tickets in the same registration page.
    2. Mom to register her Adult Ticket.

    Kids Camp check-in is at the Social Hall on the ground floor.

  3. What will my children learn at Kids Camp?

    They will be taught about God and the Bible through fun, engaging, and interactive play.

  4. What should my children wear?

    They should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers they can play games in.

  5. Does the Kids Ticket include meals?

    No, it does not include meals. You will need to pick up your children after the morning sessions so you can all have lunch together.

    Families are responsible for packing their AM & PM snacks and a water bottle. There are also food stalls available in the premises for your convenience.

    Please pack an extra set of clothes. All belongings should be labeled clearly with your child’s first and last name.

  7. Are masks required at Kids Camp?

    We highly encourage that kids always wear their masks (even during play) to protect themselves and others.

  8. Can I visit my children in the camp?

    Parents and guardians may visit their children during certain times in the day to play the activities with them. Please make sure you have your passes with you and always be ready to present this to our security marshals.

  9. Can I have our guardian join my child during the activities?

    Yes, guardians are welcome to be with your child during the activities. However, we would like to have them also help out by assisting us during the activities.

  10. Can I bring my children who are below 2 years old?

    Yes! We have a dedicated section inside the auditorium for you and your infant so you can continue listening to the sessions while nursing your baby.

  11. Will there be a medical team on-site?

    We have an emergency team on standby throughout the duration of the camp. These are medical professionals capable of providing first aid interventions.

  12. What precautions are you taking to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection?

    We are implementing numerous safety measures like temperature checks, frequent disinfecting and cleaning, reminding all kids to wear their masks, and encouraging them to wash their hands frequently.
