Anne Ramsden first worked as a school teacher, before taking on managerial and leadership roles in Christian Ministry, as well as working as a full-time mother. Anne now works as the CEO of an Advisory Group and continues to provide pastoral support to Christian leaders around the world.

Michael and Anne will be celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary next summer. They have three grown children and between them have travelled to over 100 nations.
