Ticket Purchase & Registration
Everything You Need To Know About Ticket Purchase & Registration.
How can I buy conference tickets?
There are two types of tickets: e-tickets and physical* tickets. E-tickets can be purchased via https://events-web.ccf.org.ph/counterflow-2024/buy.
Physical tickets can be purchased via Across Sunday Booth during Sunday services.
We accept debit/credit cards, Gcash Bills Payment, and Cash.
*Physical tickets are for Conference tickets only. Kids and Sports Camp are available for e-tickets only.
Paying via debit/credit card?
- On the Buy Tickets page, click the Debit/Credit card button.
- Fill out the form and click BUY. You will be redirected to Maya for your card details.
- Double check your details and input the OTP sent to you when prompted.
- Wait for the confirmation note. DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER until you are redirected back to the CCF Events page.
- You will receive the following emails: (1) Maya confirmation (2) Counterflow 2024 e-ticket
*NOTE: 3.0 % card transaction fee will be added to the Total Amount. (make this font small)
Paying via bank transfer/deposit?
- On the Buy Tickets page, click the Bank Transfer button.
- Under Payment Options, select your preferred bank to view the account details.
NOTE: You can only fully accomplish the Purchase Ticket form after you have completed your payment.
- Complete your bank transfer / deposit using your preferred bank’s facility. Input “Counterflow 2024 Ticket” in your transaction notes for faster verification.
- Take a picture/screenshot of your payment confirmation.
- Return to counterflow.ph/tickets and click the Bank Transfer button.
- Upload your receipt as you fill out the form.
- You will receive a payment summary from <[email protected]>. This is not yet your ticket.
- Once payment has been validated, expect your Counterflow 2024 e-ticket from <[email protected]>

Paying via GCASH Bills Payment?
- Go to Pay Bills section, tap “Others” and look for Christ’s Commission Foundation, Inc.
- Write “CCF Main” and input “Counterflow 2024 Ticket” as the purpose of donation.
- Save the receipt to your gallery.
- Go to counterflow.ph/tickets and click the GCASH/Bank Transfer button.
- Upload your receipt as you fill out the form.
- You will receive a payment summary from <[email protected]>. This is not yet your ticket.
- Once payment has been validated, expect your Counterflow 2024 e-ticket from <[email protected]>
Is there any limit to the number of tickets I can buy for others?
No, there is no limit per person, so go ahead and buy as many as you want.
How many attendees can you accommodate?
As this is a hybrid event, there is no limit to how many attendees we can accommodate for those attending virtually.
However, for those attending at CCF Center, we do have a venue limitation. So if you are going to attend in person, or have children joining the Youth Festival, Sports Camp, or Kids Camp, make sure you buy your tickets early and register these right away because slots are limited.
Is there a deadline for buying tickets and registration?
Tickets sales are open until supplies last. But please do note that slots for workshop sessions and sports activities are limited. Register your ticket here:

I’ve already bought my ticket. Do I still need to register?
Yes, registration is a MUST. An unregistered ticket will not be recognized by the system during check-in for either on-site or virtual access.
All Adult Tickets must be registered individually.
Youth/Kids Tickets can be registered on the same form as the Adult Ticket. You only need to register Youth/Kids Tickets ONCE.
Example: Dad and mom with 2 kids attending
- Dad is to register his Adult Ticket and include the 2 Youth/Kids Tickets on the same registration page.
- Mom to register her Adult Ticket.
How do I register my ticket?
Go to https://events-web.ccf.org.ph/counterflow-2024/register Scan the QR code of your ticket or input the ticket number and answer all necessary details. Then choose the workshops that you want, click “register,” then click “confirm registration.”
Can I register more than one ticket under my email address?
Sorry, you may only register one ticket under your email address. If you purchased tickets for other people, please have them register their own tickets using their own email address.
Do I need to create an account to register my ticket?
No, you do not need an account to register. If you want to edit your registration, you need to input the ticket number and you will receive the OTP in your email.
NOTE: You do not need to create a separate account for Youth/Kids Ticket registration. You can register these on the same page as your Adult Ticket.
I’m having problems logging in to my Small Groups/CCF account.

I’m trying to register my ticket, but the website is telling me that it’s already been registered. What’s causing this problem?
This means the ticket is already registered in the system.
- If you bought the ticket yourself
Please check all your email addresses. The one that received the confirmation email for Counterflow 2024 is your ‘registered’ email address.
NOTE: Registration is done on a one-e-mail, one-ticket basis.
- If someone else bought the ticket for you
The person who gave you the ticket may have registered it already for you. Kindly check with him/her.
If none of these have resolved your registration issue, send us a message along with your ticket number and our Support Team will be happy to assist you. You may reach us through the following channels:

I already paid but I haven’t received my ticket.
Make sure you have uploaded your proof of payment at the Buy Tickets page of counterflow.ph/tickets/. You will then receive a Purchase Summary email entitled “We Got Your Order”.
From the time you receive this email, please give us 7-10 working days to verify your payment. We will then send you your e-tickets.
I cannot find my ticket in my inbox, how do I locate it?
Please check for emails coming from ‘[email protected]‘ as the email may have been auto-filtered to your subfolders.
Still unable to locate it? Email us at [email protected] with the name and e-mail used for the purchase, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you would like to transfer your ticket, e-mail an authorization including the details of the transfer recipient to [email protected].

I am attending in person. Do I still need to pre-register my ticket or can I just show up on-site?
when you check in on the day of the event, the system won’t recognize your ticket” to “your workshop topics will be auto-selected.
Also, because of venue limitations, pre-registering your ticket will guarantee you have a seat inside the Main Hall (take note, however, that there is no specific seat assignment).
I registered but didn’t receive my email confirmation. Where can I find it?
Check if you are using the same email address as in your registration. Your email service provider may have also automatically filtered the message to your sub-folders, so please check through each one as well. Search for [email protected] to find the confirmation email.

How do we access the workshops?
All workshops will be done virtually after the main event on September 21, 2024. Stay tuned for more details.
Do we have workbooks/handouts?
There will be a downloadable digital workbook. Stay tuned for details.
Is food allowed inside the Main Hall?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Main Hall. However, you can eat at the cafeteria on the ground floor of CCF Center where you’ll find several food stalls to choose from. There will also be food vendors inside the CCF vicinity. Stay tuned for more information.
What will be the safety protocols on-site?
Please adhere to the standard health and safety protocols to protect yourself and those around you.
Sports Camp

Do I need to register the Youth / Kids Tickets?
Yes, registration is a MUST. An unregistered ticket will not be recognized by the system during check-in.
Youth/Kids Tickets can be registered on the same form as the Adult Ticket. You only need to register Youth/Kids Tickets ONCE.
Example: Dad and mom with 2 kids attending
- Dad is to register his Adult Ticket and include the 2 Youth/Kids Tickets in the same registration page.
- Mom to register her Adult Ticket.
Where should they go to check in?
Sports Camp check-in is at the Social Hall and GF lobby
What is the dress code?
Just comfortable clothes and sneakers are a must! Please also pack extra clothes, snacks, and a water bottle.
Can participants bring outside food inside the Youth Festival and Sports Camp?
Yes, they can.
I forgot to buy a Sports Camp ticket for my child. Can my teen still participate in the Sports Camp?
Yes, you can purchase additional tickets as long as ticket sales are still open. Pre-registration is a must; however, slots are LIMITED.
Can parents join the Sports Camp with their kids?
No, Adult Ticket holders can only attend the Plenary sessions.
Kids Camp

Do I need to register the Kids Camp ticket?
Yes, registration is a MUST. An unregistered ticket will not be recognized by the system during check-in.
Kids Camp tickets can be registered on the same form as the Adult Ticket. You only need to register the tickets ONCE.
Example: Dad and mom with 2 kids attending
- Dad is to register his Adult Ticket and include the 2 Youth/Kids Tickets in the same registration page.
- Mom to register her Adult Ticket.
Where should they go to check in?
Kids Camp check-in is at the Social Hall on the ground floor.
What will my children learn at Kids Camp?
They will be taught about God and the Bible through fun, engaging, and interactive play.
What should my children wear?
They should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers they can play games in.
Does the Kids Ticket include meals?
No, it does not include meals. You will need to pick up your children after the morning sessions so you can all have lunch together.
Families are responsible for packing their AM & PM snacks and a water bottle. There are also food stalls available on the premises for your convenience. Please advise us in the ad
What should my children bring?
Please pack an extra set of clothes. All belongings should be labeled clearly with your child’s first and last name.
Are masks required at Kids Camp?
We highly encourage the kids to always wear their masks (even during play) to protect themselves and others.
Can I have a companion join my child during the activities?
Yes, guardians are welcome to be with your child during the activities with a minimal fee of Php 100.
Can I bring my children who are below 2 years old?
Yes! We have a dedicated section inside the auditorium for you and your infant so you can continue listening to the sessions while nursing your baby.
Will there be a medical team on-site?
We have an emergency team on standby throughout the duration of the camp. These are medical professionals capable of providing first-aid interventions.
What precautions are you taking to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection?
We are implementing numerous safety measures like temperature checks, frequent disinfecting, and cleaning, reminding all kids to wear their masks, and encouraging them to wash their hands frequently.
