Gian Carlo Gamboa Sotto is a Filipino actor and public servant. He is the 18th vice mayor of Quezon City, serving under the mayoralty of Joy Belmonte since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a member of the Quezon City Council from 2010 to 2019. Sotto is a member of the local Serbisyo sa Bayan Party, with previous political affiliations including PDP-Laban and Liberal Party.

He is the son of Tito Sotto, a public servant, entertainer, and athlete who served as Senate President from 2018 to 2022. Gian Sotto is married to loving wife, Joy Woolbright-Sotto, and they have six children together.
